  • Preparation of formal advice of notice to landlord.
  • House-cleaning co-ordination.
  • Assistance with the survey of premises and inventory at departure by an independently appointed assessor.
  • Co-ordination of termination of utilities' contracts (i.e. gas, electricity, water, telephone & TV cable).
  • Supervision of all local authority de-registration formalities such as identity cards, driving licences, change of residence certificate (required for customs clearance of furniture by removals firm).
  • Assistance with repatriation of guarantee deposit, canceling insurance policies and forwarding of mail (not included).

The cost of certificates at the commune and the change of address at the post are not included in our all - inclusive fee and are invoiced directly to the customer.
