Administration Phase
- The rental lease agreement is officially registered.( compulsory legal formalities in Belgium, stamps cost directly invoiced to transferee or employer according to corporate policy).
- The connection of utilities such as gas, electricity, water, oil supply, telephone, T.V. cable, internet, etc. is supervised.
- Advice is given on the necessary or compulsory insurance policies.
- Assistance is given at the survey of property and inventory carried out by a mutually agreed independent expert.( expert cost directly invoiced to transferee or employer according to corporate policy)
- With the formalities of bank guarantee (or deposit) established the keys are formally handed over.
- Co-ordination with the furniture removal firm.
